Staying Connected: Meeting Clients Virtually (and In Person)

Running a small business today means flexibility is key — not just for you, but for your clients too. That’s why I offer both virtual meetings via Zoom and in-person appointments to make connecting as simple and stress-free as possible.

Whether you’re local and love sitting down face-to-face, or you prefer the convenience of logging in from your office or living room, there’s an option that works for you.

Why Virtual Meetings Work So Well

Zoom has truly changed the way small businesses connect. Here’s why so many of my clients love meeting virtually:

  • Convenience: No commuting, no parking, no rushing across town. Just click a link and we’re connected.
  • Flexibility: Whether you’re at the office, at home, or even traveling, you can still keep on top of your bookkeeping and financial conversations.
  • Screen sharing: Zoom makes it easy for me to walk you through your numbers, reports, or QuickBooks Online in real time. You see exactly what I see.
  • Time-saving: A quick 30-minute virtual check-in can often be more efficient than scheduling and traveling for an in-person meeting.

For many business owners, virtual meetings provide the clarity and connection they need without disrupting their busy schedules.

But Sometimes In-Person Is Best

Of course, there are times when nothing beats meeting in person. Maybe you prefer sitting across the table, or you just enjoy a good cup of coffee while we talk through your business. In-person meetings can also be helpful if we’re reviewing complex information together and you like the feel of paper documents in hand.

That’s why I also offer in-person appointments. It’s about giving you the choice — so you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable and effective for you.

How I Keep Both Options Seamless

Whether you choose Zoom or an in-person meeting, my goal is the same: to make sure our time together is clear, productive, and focused on calming the financial chaos.

  • For Zoom meetings: I send you a link ahead of time, and with one click we’re connected. We can screen share, record notes, and even send documents back and forth during the call.
  • For in-person meetings: We schedule a time that works best, meet in a comfortable setting, and walk through everything you need with the same level of clarity and support.

Why It Matters

At the end of the day, bookkeeping and accounting aren’t just about numbers — they’re about communication, trust, and clarity. Meeting virtually or in person is simply the how; the why is making sure you feel supported and confident in your business finances.

By offering both options, I can meet you where you are — whether that’s across town or across the country.

💡 At Sandra Healing Accounting Ltd., I help small business owners stay calm and confident in their bookkeeping. Whether we connect virtually via Zoom or sit down together in person, my goal is always the same: to simplify your finances and help you move your business forward.
